About NAET
What is NAET?
Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Techniques (NAET) is a natural, drug-free, painless and non-invasive method that can safely be used on everyone from the newborn to the elderly. Even a healthy person can be treated for hidden intolerances that may cause diseases or allergies in the future.
How does NAET work?
First the cause of an intolerance is found using Muscle Response Testing (MRT) to indicate any kinetic imbalances in the body that may be caused by allergens. Then treatment is administered by stimulating the nerve bundles along the spine while the patient is holding onto a sample of the allergen. After the treatment, a strong MRT indicates that it is likely that the sensitivity has been successfully addressed.
How was NAET® developed?
NAET® was developed by Doctor Devi S. Nambudripad, an American acupuncturist, chiropractor and kinesiologist, while treating her own severe allergic symptoms that she had suffered since her birth in Southern India. Today Doctor Nambudripad has trained more than 9000 medical practitioners from all over the world, including acupuncturists, chiropractors, allopathic medical doctors, dentists, osteopaths and veterinary doctors.
Why choose NAET and QRA over conventional treatments?
An allergic reaction is simply an inappropriate response by the immune system to substances such as foods, medications, chemicals, moulds, bites, pollens and dust.
Currently conventional medicine uses several methods for diagnosing allergies. These allergies are then treated with drug therapy, using things such as antihistamines or steroids to control the symptoms, or by putting the patient on a desensitisation programme. Unfortunately, these methods often don’t correct the underlying problem and can cause side effects too. NAET and QRA, on the other hand, are all-natural detection and treatment methods for allergy sufferers, and those with general health problems. They have the potential to find and treat the source of the problem; the reason behind your or your child’s inappropriate immune response.
