“I was recently diagnosed with Coeliac disease after a lifetime of poor-health and critically low Iron stores.

My 16 month old daughter Piper had a reaction appear around her mouth after eating some strawberries last summer, and eventually it became continuous regardless of what she ate. We were at a loss as to what was the cause went to our GP with no success.

Through finding Rachel at The Allergy Clinic we had fantastic results. Piper had reacted to strawberries which we discovered are high in natural food phenolics and histamines which caused her body to react and soon she was reacting to these substances in many other foods from banana to chicken.

It only took three treatments plus one re visit a couple of months later, and we haven’t had the problem since.
